IT Infrastructure Management Specialist
Duties
Implement products of CA’s Service Assurance and Infrastructure Management – CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, CA NetQoS in both single Business Unit multi-product situations and cross Business Unit multi-product integrations within the client environment; deliver solutions that address client’s business requirements while following the industry best practices; troubleshoot technical implementation issues; provide project planning support and perform knowledge transfer and training. Technologies & Tools: CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, CA NetQoS (NPC, Reporter Analyzer, NetVoyant, UCM, Superagent), CA Unicenter NSM, CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management (Asset Management, Software Delivery, Remote Control), SNMP, NetFlow, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Scripting Language (Shell script, VBscript).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or US equivalent) in Engineering or in Computer Science & 3 years of experience in computer S/W development &/or consulting &/or networks.
Days/hours of work
40 hrs per week. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F
