Duties
While reporting to the Vice President, apply principles of accounting, analyze financial information and prepare financial reports; compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts (e.g. general ledger accounts), document business transactions; analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position. Prepare financial statements for external and internal reports. Analyze financial information and trends. Review & monitor contract, vouchers, purchase orders, costing records, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Interact with accountants in India for Indian affiliates and/or vendors.
Qualification and Skills
Master's Degree in Accounting.
Required Experience
5 years of exp. in the job duties or in accounting and/or finance related positions (e.g. Audit Manager or Manager or Accounting or self-employed as an independent Accountant (or Equivalent).
Days/hours of work
M-F 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 40 hours per week
